Grow Great is on a mission to halve stunting in young children by 2030, and we’re looking for a dedicated consultant to help us achieve this goal! 🌟

We are seeking a skilled professional to review and develop our Community Health Worker (CHW) training materials. This project aims to ensure our curriculum aligns with international and national standards, including the WHO and South African NDoH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update existing training materials
• Develop comprehensive training manuals and resources
• Create training slide decks and a Training of Trainers (ToT) guide

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Nutrition, or related field
• Extensive experience in CHW training curriculum development
• Knowledge of WHO and South African NDoH standards
